I think I need to set a weekly alarm to remind me to blog. Im bad as it is and especially now that I'm working!

Weeks ago I should have posted my update on my weight loss goal but never got around to it, so here it is. All tho I don't have a picture and I didn't quite meet my goal, I did get down to 139 by my goal date. Since then Iv been fluctuating, which I know is horrible :( I'm hoping that now that I'm working and can't eat as I please, when I please, I can keep a steady weight.

Busy Bee

I love being asked to crochet special little somethings. These past two months I had two orders to fulfill. The 1st was for a birthday girl in love with Hello Kitty. I was asked to make a scarf. This one to be exact. At a glance I was a bit skeptical but figured I could do it. I got all the regular squares done 1st and then her face. Her face killed me =/ The details are so small that I had the hardest time doing them and then once they were on I still had to use a dab of fabric glue to make sure they didn't pop out of place. At the end I was pretty happy with it, but I'm now determined to find away to make her eyes and nose look even better lol

The birthday girls mamí happens to be a one of the friends I made at our 1st duty station who is expecting a baby boy =] While she is stationed in Germany and I miss German chocolate and their delicious teas, we agreed to a little barter. A care package from Germany for a baby blanket. Now I LOVE making baby blankets so I was super excited to get started. I had all ready decided I wanted to make this blanket different, a pattern/stitch I had never done before so I turned to my trusty friend Google. After a few min I found the pattern I wanted to use. I am super in love with it that I am seriously considering making one for us =]

A Family Affair

Last weekends baking of pumpkin bread turned into a mini photo session and all around a family affair. The boys love helping me bake cook and even more when they get to help daddy! Daddy usually cooks alone because he rarely follows recipes and likes to be able to move around freely in the kitchen, so the boys don't usually get to help him. I had originally asked daddy to help me and he decided it would be fun to asked the boys. They were over ecstatic! My boys are pretty awesome in the kitchen and the bread was delicious!

October 29

So I haven't lost as much as I'd hope for but I have a little over 2 weeks to loose a bit more. Since Iv started working out and eating healthier Iv lost 4.2lb. My goal was to loose 9lbs in 5 weeks. I wonder if I hit it extra hard, if ill make my goal.

Pumpkin muffins was today's pick, and now we are out of pumpkin. A trip to Krogers to pick up more of their 4 for $5 pumpkin cans is in order! This mama is in a pumpkin baking mood!

Is the only word I can think of to describe how my house smells right now! I cheated on Scentsy (I know shame on me) and went out and bought Paula Deen melts. You can smell fall as soon as you walk in the front door!

Besides the amazing smell in my house, its starting to look a bit festive. Its not much but its a start =]

All though its still 80 degrees here in Georgia, it's still fall and damn it, I want to decorate! It's our 1st year with an actual house so this mama wants to go all out! Well, maybe not all out since I am on a budget, but I'm determined to make at least the inside of my house look like fall! This season is one of the things I will for sure be missing from being stationed in Germany. 

The Dollar Store has all ready provided me with a sign and some spider webs and I'v pulled out all my Fall/Halloween PartyLite stuff, but its definitely not enough! I am seeing a trip to the Dollar Store, Big Lots, Walmart and maybe a craft store in my near future =] This mama is now on a hunt for the PERFECT decor!

1st Week

That was a bit harder then I thought but I managed to get it done =] I didn't loose as much as I would have liked but, I did loose a few oz which is better then nothing. Yeah, I know I shouldn't settle for less then what my goal is but, I would have been extremely disappointed and discouraged if I wouldn't have lost anything. Therefor I'm going to take it and just work twice as hard this week =]

Workouts have been great! My legs are pretty sore =] So today I decide to make dinner an extra colorful one with yes, veggies galore!

A Little Background

After 2 kids and not being able to shed off al that extra weight, I was looking BIG for my type of body. 

160lbs being the heaviest I had ever been, I decided it was time for some extra help. I turned to HCG for that help. Knowing deep down it wasn't the best way to go about it, but the easiest/fastest way, I took the plunge. My goal was to get back down to 145, which was what I was weighing when my husband and I married. The 1st couple of days were hard, but as the time went on, it got easier and I was getting pretty full with the very small meals it allowed. By the time I finished the 20 days I was down to 137lbs and feeling pretty good about it. I knew I would have to work hard to keep my weight but I was convinced I could do it. Once I was able to work out again, I got myself down to 133lbs. 

All of this was while my husband was deployed. I figured it would be much easier to attempt loosing the weight without him being home cooking all his delicious food or having to share a car. Well needles to say, when he got back my daily gym visits stopped. I was back to having to share the car and he was cooking even more then before. Although he was being good about keeping my portions small and cooking things with me in mind, I could see I was gaining weight. Even though I only gained 5lbs, they seemed to be about 10lbs to me. 

A few months after my husband returned we got orders for Georgia. With all the preparing and eventually moving, I didn't bother trying to work out again. Now that we moved and settled in as much as possible, its time to get back on track! Armed with a daily workout plan, I plan on meeting my goals! 

Hopefully this time next month I'll  have a second fitness goal to achieve =]

Monday Is The Day

My blogging and exercise routine are usually the same. I start then I stop out of the blue :/ But I'm hoping this time will be much different!

After 2 long weeks of not working out I will once again start tomorrow. I'm pretty excited. This time I have set a goal for myself. My goal being to lose 9lb in 5 weeks. That means -2lb a week. Also to be able to run a 2 mile run in 20 min. Which I'm determined to do :)

Iv set myself with before pictures and a pretty big black board of my workout.
Circut x3: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and I'll be walking Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

I'm Back

Its been way too long! I don't know how many times I have started a blog and just dropped it, I'm truly hoping this time it will be different. 

These past few months iv been itching to blog but have been dreading having to start a whole new one and thinking of a name not realizing that I still had this one lol After changing the background, header and adding a signature it's finally ready for me to start up again and I can' wait :)
