Veggies Galore



Workouts have been great! My legs are pretty sore =] So today I decide to make dinner an extra colorful one with yes, veggies galore! 


Kale and Spinach 

Tomato, Onion, Jalapeño, Shredded Carrots, Baby Bella Mushrooms, Zucchini, and Garbanzo Beans


& Grilled Catfish



Becomes a delicious salad!


That my 3 & 4 year old even enjoyed!
