1st Week

That was a bit harder then I thought but I managed to get it done =] I didn't loose as much as I would have liked but, I did loose a few oz which is better then nothing. Yeah, I know I shouldn't settle for less then what my goal is but, I would have been extremely disappointed and discouraged if I wouldn't have lost anything. Therefor I'm going to take it and just work twice as hard this week =]
